Boarding Procedures

All veterinary procedures of Bayberry Animal Hospital are available to our boarding guests. Please request any veterinary services desired at the time of registration. Requested services will be performed while your pet is in our care.
Pets brought to us with external parasites may be bathed, at our discretion. An additional charge will be made for this service.
Dogs are bathed and dipped before release. There is a charge for this service.
Cats are bathed at our discretion or upon owner request, at an additional charge.
If possible, give us a date when you plan to pick up your pet. If you cannot make prior arrangements, please call 24 hours in advance.
If you will not be able to pick up your pet as previously arranged, please call us 24 hours in advance to avoid additional bath charges.
Pets showing signs of illness will be administered to promptly by our staff veterinarian. Charges for professional services will be the responsibility of the owner upon release of their pet.
As we are not able to carry client accounts, all charges must be paid in full before your pet is discharged.
Please do not ask us to make exceptions to our procedures. They have been implemented for the health and safty of your pet.
All pets are released from the kennel between 4:00 and 5:30 PM Monday - Friday.
